CALIPRI X is an automated, permanently installed on-track wheel profile measurement system. It eliminates time-consuming and costly manual wheelset measurement, delivering precise results in seconds, and immediately identifying out-of-tolerance areas. The System measures all wheelset parameter according to the European standard EN 15313 – including wheel profile, diameter, back-to-back distance, equivalent conicity, camber and wheel toe.

The AX-300^TM can be used dynamically with individual wheel weights. This is ideal for goods and freight Trains. Automatic weighing ensures correct wheel, axle, wagon and total train loadings and weight distribution down to 1% accuracy depending on track conditions.
